Your Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients in Spanish and English, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending products and services that meet their requirements
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, driving sales growth and revenue
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and meet business objectives
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services

What You'll Bring to the Role

* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• 6+ months of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
• Strong computer navigation skills, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow in your career
