Job Overview

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively communicate with customers in English and Spanish, while your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will help you resolve complex issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email - Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish - Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care - Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills - Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor - Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset - Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong time management and organizational skills

Technology and Equipment Requirements

- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported) - Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) - Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication - High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity - Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed - Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication

Work Environment Requirements

- Quiet, uninterrupted space - Organized desk area - Ability to work in a home-based environment with minimal distractions

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

Expected Salary

$17 - 20 per hour
