Job Summary
As a Seasonal Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll play a critical role in supporting our field offices and customers during our peak season. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology to provide best-in-class service to our valued customers. Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Working remotely from your home office, using our provided computer and equipment
- Supporting our field's peak season, which starts building around February
- Managing customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Assisting customers by offering remedies to retain business
- Using gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School/GED
- 1-2 years of customer service experience within or outside a call center
- Completion of a Culture Index assessment
- Verification of internet speed
- Ability to pass a computer assessment
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
- Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
- A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
- Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem
