What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our customers through voice, chat, or email interactions. You will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Providing exceptional service to customers, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide expert advice and support
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent computer skills, with experience using customer service software and tools
- High-speed internet connection (25mbps) and a quiet, private workspace at home
