Job Summary
As a Korean-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Remote in California, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families in need of healthcare support. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide personalized support to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming communications from customers, including phone calls, emails, and chats
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge to customers
- Use computer experience to navigate our systems and tools
- Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
* Bilingual in English and Korean
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection (25mbps)
