Key Responsibilities As a remote data entry clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Data entry: You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, using your keyboard and mouse to complete tasks. * Research studies: You will participate in online research studies, providing valuable insights and opinions to help shape the future of products and services. * Online focus groups: You will participate in online focus groups, discussing topics and providing feedback to help inform product development and marketing strategies. * Data management: You will be responsible for managing and maintaining data, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date. * Communication: You will communicate with our team and clients, providing updates and feedback on your progress. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: * Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted * Current USA resident * Ability to speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus for more opportunities) * Ability to focus and follow through * Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection * Microsoft Word or Excel skills (helpful but not mandatory) * Data entry skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute * Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory) What You Need to Get Started To get started, you will need: * A laptop or mobile device with a stable internet connection * Data entry skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute * Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory) Pay and Benefits As a remote data entry clerk at arenaflex, you can earn up to $3,000 per multi-session research study, with the potential to earn up to 250 hours per single research study session. We also offer a flexible work schedule, allowing you to work from home and choose your own hours.
