Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our shipping and receiving team in our California office. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in processing and managing data related to our shipping and receiving operations. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work accurately and efficiently will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage data related to shipping and receiving operations, including tracking and verifying shipments, updating inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records. - Perform manual labor tasks, such as receiving and processing shipments, and preparing packages for shipment. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, inventory levels, and other relevant data. - Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness, and make corrections as necessary. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of shipping and receiving operations. - Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - 1-2 years of experience in data entry, shipping and receiving, or a related field. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with data entry software and systems. - Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and protocols. - Familiarity with inventory management systems. - Certification in data entry or a related field. - Bilingual or multilingual skills.
