Job Summary

As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and provide coaching and guidance to your team members to help them achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Oversee daily operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them achieve their full potential
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, sales, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure arenaflex remains competitive and innovative

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail management, or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be 21+ years old

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer service, retail management, or a related field

  • Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, sales techniques, and inventory management practices
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other retail technologies
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Sales Professional)
