Job Summary

As a Senior Manager, Customer Insights & Analytics, you will be responsible for leading our customer insights and analytics function, driving business growth through data-driven decision making, and developing and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that our customer insights and analytics efforts are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of customer insights and analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement and loyalty

  • Manage and analyze large datasets using analytics and data visualization platforms such as arenaflex's proprietary tools, APT, or Power Bi
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation and journey maps to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing and sales strategies
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of customer insights and analytics initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, marketing and sales teams, and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer insights and analytics

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field

  • 8+ years of experience in customer insights and analytics, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Experience with analytics and data visualization platforms, such as arenaflex's proprietary tools, APT, or Power Bi
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience in customer insights and analytics, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry, with a focus on customer insights and analytics
  • Certification in data analysis or a related field, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
