Job Summary

As a Home/Office Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to our customers through live chat, email, and phone. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and concise information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support specialists or management as needed
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Provide accurate and concise information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or management as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in live chat software and other customer support tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or live chat environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services (or a willingness to learn)
  • Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish or other languages)
