Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher – Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Voorhees, NJ. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring seamless communication between our customers and technicians. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Coordinate scheduling with our technicians, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including service requests, appointments, and follow-up communications
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex services
  • Collaborate with our technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, including promotions, discounts, and special offers
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience working in an office, customer service, or scheduling coordination role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the HVAC industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Service Manager (CSM)
