Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Inbound/Outbound/Chat Specialist – Automotive Call Center Representative to join our team in Plymouth, MI. As a key member of our call center, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales through inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat interactions. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat interactions, to provide exceptional customer service and support

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with automotive industry products and services

  • Knowledge of sales and customer service principles, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
