Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering. You'll become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide legendary service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
