What You'll Do
As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Help customers resolve technical issues with our products and services
- Assist in correcting billing concerns and resolving customer complaints
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile (yes, we believe in the power of a smile!)
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
- Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple systems on a PC
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
