Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their questions, concerns, and issues. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for processing customer orders, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
