Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative on our First Shift team, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with members, prospective members, and guests on a daily basis. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting members, prospective members, and guests with a warm smile and exceptional customer service skills
- Handling all front desk operations, including check-ins, membership sales, and guest services
- Providing accurate and timely information about arenaflex services, promotions, and events
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our members
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
