Job Description

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and information

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, preferably in customer service or patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to handle complex patient situations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate electronic medical records and other software systems

Preferred Qualifications:
