Job Summary
As a Community Outreach / Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in engaging with community members, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for initiating service education, customer acquisition, and sales processes through direct contact with local community members. You will also work closely with our management team to review client expectations, sales metrics, customer service results, and production goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Initiate service education, customer acquisition, and sales processes through direct contact with local community members
- Prepare for consumer interactions through entry-level training and independent research on the network-managed services and capabilities in our local region
- Clarify current needs and wants with customers and determine their telecommunication solutions based on client offerings and capacities
- Build and utilize relationships with client representatives to outsource customer inquiries that may need additional service information
- Connect with management and other Customer Service team members to review client expectations, sales metrics, customer service results, and production goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our customers receive the latest and greatest solutions

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
