Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. With comprehensive training and support, you'll become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
