Job Description

As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Working independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
  • Assessing customer storage needs and making suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
  • Conducting daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
  • Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
  • Helping customers stay current with payments and making reminder and collection calls when required

Physical Requirements

* Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds

  • Ability to walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
  • Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris

Qualifications

* Experience in customer service-centered sales environments, such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for traveling between work locations and conducting other work-related business (mileage reimbursement available)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
