Job Description
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on arenaflex promotions and offerings
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in the food industry or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a degree in a related field is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
