Job Summary
As a Customer Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and building strong, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to drive business growth
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and customer needs
- Develop and manage customer-facing materials, including sales sheets, case studies, and presentations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic decisions
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
- Develop and manage customer success plans, ensuring timely delivery of products and services
- Collaborate with the product team to gather customer feedback and inform product development
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Develop and manage reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and retention rates
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on strategic account management and customer success
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
- Experience working with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other customer-facing technologies
- Strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Preferred Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on strategic account management and customer success
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

- Experience working with product development teams to gather customer feedback and inform product development
- Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting, with the ability to develop and manage reports to track KPIs

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
