Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing multichannel support to our customers. You'll be responsible for communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and resolving any issues they may encounter. If you're a skilled communicator with a flair for languages and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers in English and Spanish over phone, email, and chat

  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and resolve any issues they may encounter
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
