Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues - Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools to manage customer interactions - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
