Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our front-end operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, every time they interact with us. You'll lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them deliver outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them deliver outstanding customer experiences

  • Ensure that all customer service, cash control, labor control, expense, and supply controls are in place and being followed
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive customer experience
  • Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters open communication and teamwork
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to help them develop their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to customer service representatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and retail operations

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or grocery environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a grocery or retail environment, preferably in a management or leadership role

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, including customer relationship management and conflict resolution
  • Experience with inventory management and control systems
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other retail technology
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
