Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our website and online ordering process, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, drive sales growth, and contribute to the overall success of our customer-facing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations through phone, email, and chat

  • Help customers navigate our website and online ordering process
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or retail environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools
  • Experience with online ordering and e-commerce platforms
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
