Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a collaborative call center environment - Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns - Utilize world-class technology to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate solutions to customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions - Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms - Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer-centric environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences - Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and become proficient - Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM) - Experience with call center software, such as Genesys or Avaya - Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
