Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicating with customers through phone, email, and chat to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues
  • Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system
  • Processing customer orders and resolving any issues related to order fulfillment
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues
  • Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a warehouse or distribution environment

  • Knowledge of shipping, packaging, and business supplies industry
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
