Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Develop product and solutions expertise to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
