Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer requests about order status and product details
- Processing customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures
- Partnering with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations
- Working closely with the Operations Support and Transportation departments to ensure seamless operations
Essential Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and internal chat-based programs
- Process customer orders and changes accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to resolve service failures or customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations
Qualifications:
* Must know Ten Key by touch
- Advanced level of experience with MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Flexible working schedule to meet the needs of our customers and operations
- Previous experience providing customer service via phone and email
- Ability to multi-task while recording accurate information
- Detail-oriented with attention to detail
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience working with AS400
- Knowledge of the produce industry and varieties of produce
- Experience with internal chat-based programs to keep in touch with customers and internal departments
