Job Summary

As an Airport Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our passengers receive the highest level of service and support. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that our airport operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

  • Ensure that all airport operations are conducted in accordance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure seamless and efficient airport operations
  • Participate in ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
  • Carry out tasks and duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to:

+ Assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and other airport-related tasks + Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding airport facilities, services, and policies + Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner + Maintaining a clean and safe working environment + Participating in airport safety and security initiatives

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. hospitality, customer service, aviation) an asset

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with passengers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 pounds)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in an airport customer service role, preferably with a major airline or airport authority

  • Knowledge of airport operations, including check-in, baggage handling, and security procedures
  • Familiarity with airport safety and security protocols, including SIDA training
  • Certification in customer service, hospitality, or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Hospitality Professional)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
