Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative for Direct Client Luxottica, you'll be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, and resolving complex issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work a Monday-to-Friday schedule, with occasional overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Direct Client Luxottica or similar clients - Knowledge of optical products and services - Bilingual or multilingual skills - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Certification in customer service or a related field
