Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your role will be critical in shaping their experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the food delivery or retail industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
  • Experience with customer service software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
