Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our arenaflex Agent Team in Happy Valley, OR. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex products and services
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex Agent Team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless customer interactions

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using active listening skills and empathy
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex products and services, including policy details and benefits
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex Agent Team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, sales data, and performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

* Insurance industry experience, preferably with arenaflex or a similar organization

  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR)
