Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues over phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience - Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses - Meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance targets - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools - Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a passion for driving customer engagement and loyalty - Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages - Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on phone, email, and chat support - Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
