Job Summary

As a Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive work environment. You'll work closely with our customers, team members, and management to ensure that every interaction is positive, efficient, and memorable. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations

  • Drive sales growth by promoting products, services, and promotions to customers
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
  • Work cooperatively with team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive work environment
  • Report for work in a timely manner, with regular and consistent attendance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a convenience store or travel center environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
