We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional patient care and customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable one
- Assist patients with prescription filling, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and inventory levels
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services
- Maintain a strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including our loyalty program and promotions
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately count change and process transactions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience working in a retail pharmacy or customer service role at arenaflex
- Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including our loyalty program and promotions
- Experience with cash handling and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
