Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
• Making purchase suggestions and promoting our products to customers
• Working with our food program to ensure seamless operations
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Providing fast and friendly service to our customers, even during late-night hours
• Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance

Your Skills and Qualities

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong sales and marketing skills, with a passion for promoting products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience a plus

Physical Requirements

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
