Job Summary
As a Senior Customer Service Representative and Project Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed

Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
- Strong project coordination skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing
