Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Intake and Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Collecting and processing patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and insurance details
- Entering data into our electronic health record system with accuracy and attention to detail
- Supporting the Utilization Review Department by providing timely and accurate information

Essential Qualifications

- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and data entry software
