We're seeking an experienced French Bilingual Customer Care Representative to join our team in Dearborn, MI. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken - 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a bilingual or multilingual environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
