Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer service
  • Selling products to customers and making purchase suggestions to drive sales growth
  • Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
  • Leading shifts on a regular basis and gaining entry-level management experience
  • Interacting with customers daily and working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide quick and friendly service to customers
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with a passion for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and maintain a positive work environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail and customer service experience, with a focus on sales and leadership
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical requirements as outlined below

Physical Requirements

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
