Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems, verifying data for accuracy and completeness, and performing regular data quality checks and clean-up tasks. Your attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment will be essential in supporting operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Accurately input and update data in internal databases and systems - Verify data for accuracy and completeness - Perform regular data quality checks and clean-up tasks - Maintain confidentiality and security of all records and information - Generate reports and assist with basic administrative tasks - Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and support workflow

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred - Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role - Excellent typing speed and accuracy - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software - Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
