Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary - Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and enhance customer satisfaction - Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Utilize effective communication skills to resolve conflicts, negotiate, and build strong relationships with customers - Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure seamless execution - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and quality standards - Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer needs
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment - Experience working in a multilingual environment or proficiency in multiple languages - Knowledge of arenaflex products and services - Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Certification in customer service or a related field
