Key Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

* Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
  • Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with electronic health records and pharmacy software
