Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations

• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and offerings
• Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with our internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance the customer experience
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry

• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
• Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with disabilities or cultural differences
• Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
