Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in identifying customer requirements and working with our Sales, Customer Financial Services, Product Line Management, Business Ops, and Manufacturing teams to support our customers in North America. You'll have opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation and be a customer advocate supporting internal/external partner calls as well as manage the life cycle of the order from receipt to delivery to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify customer requirements and work with cross-functional teams to support our customers in North America
- Improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation
- Manage the life cycle of the order from receipt to delivery to customer satisfaction
- Support internal/external partner calls
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Financial Services, Product Line Management, Business Ops, and Manufacturing teams to resolve customer issues
- Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
Essential Qualifications
* Two or more years of sales support, customer service, or related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Previous experience with an ERP system (Oracle, SAP)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers

Salary Range
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $52,000.00-$64,000.00.
