Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll work closely with our store teams to ensure seamless operations, maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, and contribute to our ongoing efforts to improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment
  • Collaborate with store teams to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain store appearance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a convenience store or retail environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college or vocational training in a related field
