Job Summary

As a part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints. You'll work outdoors, assisting customers with different aspects of the rental or return process on our airport lots. This may include checking cars, processing rentals, assisting customers at exit gates, or checking-in cars at return. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with different aspects of the rental or return process on our airport lots

• Check cars, process rentals, and assist customers at exit gates or check-in cars at return
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

* Valid Driver's License

• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
