Job Summary

As a Part-Time Bank Customer Service Representative I, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class customer service to our clients. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing personalized support and guidance to help our customers achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Adhere to arenaflex policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a financial institution or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a banking or financial services environment
